## 2. Personal Data We Process
Depending on how you use this website and our services, we may process the following personal data:
- **Contact data:** first name, last name, email address and telephone number.
- **Booking data:** date, time, type of session and format of the coaching session, managed through Calendly.
- **Information provided for coaching:** information you voluntarily share to define your goals, needs, expectations and personal or professional context.
- **Communication data:** emails, messages and attachments sent via email, contact forms or other channels indicated on this website.
- **Payment data:** information necessary to process payments, managed through Stripe or PayPal. We do not collect or store complete credit card details.
- **Technical data:** IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and browsing data, where collected through cookies or analytics tools.
## 3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Processing is based on the legal bases set out in Article 6 of the GDPR, including consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and, where applicable, legitimate interests.
## 4. How Sessions Take Place
Neuro Wellness Coaching sessions may take place:
- **Online**, via Zoom;
- **In person**, at Fabernstraße 8c, 81373 Munich, Germany, or at other premises specifically rented for the purpose of holding the session. The exact address of the venue for an in-person session will be communicated to the client upon confirmation of the booking or with reasonable advance notice.
After booking through Calendly, you will receive a confirmation by email and, for online sessions, the Zoom link.
**We do not record sessions**, unless otherwise agreed in writing and you have given your explicit consent. If recordings are introduced in the future, you will be asked to provide specific consent before the session begins.
## 5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- **Contact enquiries that do not result in a client relationship:** for up to 12 months after the last contact.
- **Client data and session documentation:** for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 12 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required.
- **Invoices and tax documentation:** for the period required by applicable law.
- **Browsing data and cookies:** according to the purposes of the tools used and the settings of the cookie banner.
After these periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymised, unless retention is required by law.
## 6. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be processed by service providers that support us in delivering our services, including:
- **Zoom**, for video calls and online sessions;
- **Calendly**, for appointment bookings;
- **Stripe**, for payment processing;
- **PayPal**, for payment processing;
- **Hostinger**, for website hosting, technical website management and email services connected to the domain.
These providers process personal data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and, where they act on our behalf, under agreements that ensure an adequate level of data protection.
## 7. International Data Transfers
Some of the tools we use, including Zoom, Calendly, Stripe and PayPal, may involve the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
In such cases, we implement the safeguards required by the GDPR, including, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised data transfer mechanisms.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or unlawful disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. We therefore ask you not to send particularly sensitive information by email unless it is necessary for the provision of the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, organisational or technical changes. The updated version will be published on this page together with the relevant date of revision.
